We open April-October, and operate 5 days a week (Sat/Sun, Tues-Thurs) plus bank holidays and summer Mondays.

On some October dates we only operate the 10.30am and 12.30pm trains,
and on other dates if there are no bookings may drop the 2.30pm train.
2025 Fares
It’s cheaper to book online! A sample of our fares:
- Adult Full Return Trip: Online* from £22.50, on the door £24.00
- Child Full Return Trip: Online* £11.25, on the door £12.00
- Under 2yr old: Free of charge (no seat allocation)
- Discounts for groups of 20 or more.
- Blue Light Cards accepted (10% discount)
Single journeys available.
*Online bookings are subject to a booking fee from our ticketing provider. During the summer we operate dynamic pricing so prices online will rise as the train reaches capacity – booking ahead is recommneded!
Concessions
We offer a number of concessions to passengers travelling with us.
Please note: Unless specified, all concessions are discretionary, non-transferable and to be applied to the relevant named card holders travel only – not across the party.
- Unless specified, all concessions are valid on our standard timetables only. This excludes Special Events, Group Bookings and Santa Specials.

Carers
We appreciate that disabilities are not just visible but also hidden so our policy admits the necessary companion, or carer, of a disabled visitor discounted on standard services, when the full fare is paid by the disabled visitor.
We request customers who have purchased a discounted Carer ticket to carry one of the following forms of ID when travelling on board services and to produce at the booking office when collecting their ticket:

• Personal Independence Payment (PIP) Document
• Disability Living Allowance Record Book/Letter
• Attendance Allowance Book/Letter
