We open for our main season on 28th March and run through to 1st November, operating 5 days a week (Sat/Sun, Tues-Thurs) plus bank holidays and Mondays in school holidays.

2026 Fares
It’s cheaper to book online! A sample of our fares:
- Adult Full Return Trip: Online* from £23.50, on the door £25.00
- Child Full Return Trip: Online* £11.75, on the door £12.50
- Under 2yr old: Free of charge (no seat allocation)
- Discounts for groups of 20 or more.
Single journeys available.
*Online bookings are subject to a booking fee from our ticketing provider. During the summer we operate dynamic pricing so prices online will rise as the train reaches capacity – booking ahead is recommended!
Concessions
We offer a number of concessions to passengers travelling with us.
Please note: Unless specified, all concessions are discretionary, non-transferable and to be applied to the relevant named card holders travel only – not across the party.
- Unless specified, all concessions are valid on our standard timetables only. This excludes Special Events, Group Bookings and Santa Specials.

| Carers | 25% | Carers travelling in support of another paying passenger may travel at the discounted rate – see below. Only one discounted ticket per full paying passenger. |

| Great Little Trains of Wales | 20% | On production of GLTW discount card |
| Great Little Trains of Wales Gold Card | 100% | Using code supplied with gold card purchase |
| Local residents card holders | 20% | On production of valid card. |
Carers
We appreciate that disabilities are not just visible but also hidden so our policy admits the necessary companion, or carer, of a disabled visitor discounted on standard services, when the full fare is paid by the disabled visitor.
We request customers who have purchased a discounted Carer ticket to carry one of the following forms of ID when travelling on board services and to produce at the booking office when collecting their ticket:

• Disability Living Allowance Record Book/Letter
• Attendance Allowance Book/Letter
